Earn points as you work your way through a series of well-being challenges.
Every week you'll receive 7 new challenges to attempt. These challenges can be performed up to once per day. You score a point every time you complete the challenge. If you perform all seven challenges in one day you'll get 7 points for that day.
Challenges are not time consuming and they're easy to achieve - i.e. simple things like performing a stretching activity, going alcohol free for a day, getting seven hours of sleep.
We will send you the challenge information and a recording sheet each week to help you record your points. Remember to fill it in and send back to us so we can keep your score updated on the leader board.
THRIVE WEEKLY CHALLENGES
Each week you’ll have one organised challenge to attend – these are one-off events and worth an additional 10 points.
Can you get a perfect score of 59 points each week? Total challenge max score is 236.
Compete as a member of your Hall or town flat. You still count in the individual challenge too but your hall's total points will be averaged by the number of participants from each hall/flat to determine the winning hall and flat.
