Are you looking for a fresh start, with your fitness and wellbeing?

Join our four-week health, fitness and wellbeing course 'REFRESH' on the Wellington campus.

The four week REFRESH course is designed to provide you with some tools you need to help improve your vitality and resilience. Twice a week, come together with like minded people for an hour session. Each session consists of 30min of fun and educational group training with 30min of interactive korero afterwards. The course will follow the four elements of wellbeing within Te Whare Tapa Wha:

  • Tinana (physical)
  • Hinengaro (mental/emotional)
  • Whanau (social)
  • Wairua (spiritual)

REFRESH caters to all levels of ability. We aim to provide those who are new (or returning) to exercise and wellbeing practices, with the skills to develop and learn in a safe and welcoming environment.

  • 1:00pm - 2:00pm

STUDENTS: April 26 - May 21

REFRESH is free to anyone who has a Massey University Gym membership. Get some colleagues involved and sign up for a fresh start in 2021!
