Remember to scan in using the NZ COVID Tracer app, all campus buildings will have QR codes located at entry points, remember to ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the app. Protect yourself and our campus community by tracing your movement, staying home if you’re sick and wash your hands.
Check into your hall of residence before being guided around your new home. Residential Assistants (RAs) will be your tour guides, and available to answer any questions you may have.

This contact course is designed to give you a head start in 168.161: Research and Scholarly Writing in Nursing, and set you up for success in your Bachelor of Nursing degree. If you are new to university this contact course will provide you will essential tools to make the most out of your research and writing. If you are an experienced tertiary learner, then this is an opportunity for you to hone your skills and add some nursing specific resources into your kete of knowledge to help you thrive in your nursing degree. Specifically, we will introduce you to the wide-range of support available to you as a first year student - from the Student Success, Library, Centre for Teaching and Learning and Nursing faculty staff; we will make a head start of the first assessments in the course; and you will be introduced to a variety of tools to support your learning in the online environment. Please bring your computer.
