Wellington campus orientation programme - 21 - 23 Feb

We recommend all postgraduate and undergraduate students attend semester one orientation. There will be lots of events and workshops at our Wellington campus.

Select a day from the list below to find out about the activities scheduled.

Wednesday, 21 February | CONNECT


Platform breakfast

An opportunity for non-residential students to meet and have some kai before heading to the Mihi Whakatau.

When: 8.30am to 9.30am Where: Campus Co-Lab (Level 2, Student Services Building)

CANCELLED! Mihi Whakatau | University welcome

You and your family are invited to the traditional Māori welcome bringing together hosts (tangata whenua) and visitors (manuhiri) in a welcoming environment of friendship and generosity. Refreshments are provided.

In case of a bad weather Mihi will be cancelled. Please keep an eye on the updates.

Māori Students Passport registration

Tukutuku Mentoring, Te Rau Tauawhi and Kōkiri Ngātahi (Māori Students Association) have created a "Passport", which showcases and highlights key areas of the Massey University Wellington campus. All Māori students need to register for their passport at the Tukutuku Mentoring , Te Rau Tauawhi and Kōkiri Ngātahi stall. We have some cool prizes up for grabs including tickets to Homegrown, Teeks and heaps of other goodies.

Social event for those of you who have taken a "gap" between high school and studies to give you an opportunity to meet others like you.
