Passwords are vital to the security of your network account at Massey.
Self-service password reset is an online service available to Massey staff and enrolled students which allows you to reset your Massey network account password on your own, anytime, from any device when you have forgotten your password and cannot access your account.

Multi-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your Massey network account to prevent anyone other than you from using it and accessing your personal information.

A final note: You are responsible for your own password security. Never share your usercode and password details with someone else. You will be held responsible for activities associated with your usercode, whether you undertake these activities or someone else does. If you come across any strange activity that appears to relate to your usercode and password or would like to report a security breach — please advise the Service Desk (Staff) and National Contact Centre (Students).
