Social sports leagues and clubs
Students and the community utilise the Auckland Recreation Centre's facilities and sports hall for a variety of different competitive and social sports.
The types of sports hosted in the recreation centre include:
- indoor soccer
- table tennis
- ultimate frisbee
- cricket (held in the Massey University Cricket Centre on Auckland campus)

Health and Wellbeing Info Series
Join us for a 6 week Health and Wellbeing Info Series. Sessions will be delivered on Wednesdays at 6pm online via Zoom.
- 10 March 2021 - An introduction to mindfulness
- 17 March 2021 - Sleep smarter, live better
- 24 March 2021 - Nutrition
- 21 April 2021 - Health and wellbeing through posture and exercise
- 28 April 2021 - Balance the circle of life
- 5 May 2021 - Meditation

Street Smart Self-defence Workshop
Join us for a 4 week Street Smart Self-defence Workshop. Sessions will be delivered on Tuesdays from 6.30pm-8pm. Dates are 27 July and 3, 10, 17 August. The sessions will cover:
- defensive mindset
- threat awareness
- defensive techniques.
All genders are welcome.

The Massey University Sports Hall at the Auckland Recreation Centre is available to the community for casual use and to hire.
