Food technology is the future. What will the food we eat look like in 10, 20 or even 50 years? Will we be getting all our nutrients in tablet form? Will farms become vertical? Will our main source of protein be insects?
Some of the biggest issues we face globally include the production of safe sustainable foods, that minimise our impact on the environment. Our graduates are exploring ways to improve food production, change how we produce food to make it more sustainable, increase food safety minimise waste and much more.
This webinar is for potential future students considering our qualifications in food technology, but particularly our flagship programme Bachelor of Food Technology with Honours. Our team will introduce you to this fascinating subject and then discuss the careers available in the sector. There will be time for questions in our interactive session, so bring your thoughts, ideas and imagination!
