Hosted by Massey University’s Institute of Food, Nutrition and Human Health, ‘The Road to Toddlerhood’ symposium assessed feeding strategies, food allergies and intolerances, eating psychology and how these many factors contribute to health and development from pregnancy, through infancy and on the road to toddlerhood. The symposium covered the importance of feeding practices, parenting styles, consider current recommendations and put forward evidence for best practice.
Hosted by Massey University’s Institute of Food, Nutrition and Human Health, this symposium put omega-3 fatty acids under the stethoscope and examined their relationship to health. It will covers the importance of omega-3 fatty acids for health, the use of supplements versus food sources, consider current recommendations and puts forward evidence for best practice.
The programme presents a balanced mix of nutrition, science, research, recommendations and practical suggestions, all of which are valuable and interesting to those working in health.
