2017 - -A critical analysis of the theory and practice of leadership relevant to public and private organisations and the development of leadership as it applies to individuals in a variety of socio-cultural contexts. The dimensions of followership and citizenship, and their role in complex leadership processes and relationships, along with the challenges of leading ethically are also investigated in this course. 2018 - critical analysis of the theory and practice of leadership relevant to public and private organisations and the development of ethical leadership and citizenship in a variety of socio-cultural contexts.
