Mr Li examined the optimisation of CMOS RF receiver front-end components for UHF RFID reader. His research used circuit-level techniques and improved topologies to reduce chip size and power consumption while providing enhanced performance at very low supply voltage. Mr Li’s research contributes towards improvements in the performance and reliability of low power RF front-end components for UHF RFID applications.
