Your wellbeing is important. Massey students receive discounted medical care at our student health centres and mental health support through our counselling services. If you have a disability, impairment or health condition, we can provide personalised support to help you succeed in your studies.
Student health centres
Our student health centres provide a wide range of medical services from skilled doctors and nurses. Clinics are open from Monday to Friday, and cost less than other health centres.

You can get counselling support if you need help to work through and understand your problems.
Disability services
We offer personalised support services and resources for students with all disabilities, impairments or health issues.
Talkcampus
Talkcampus is a 24/7 mental health support app. The online global mental health support network allows students to access online support from anywhere, at any time, for as long as needed. Also available to student off-shore.

Clubs, communities and sports
Clubs and groups are a great way to engage with your student community. Join a club, gym or sports team, find a faith or cultural group, and connect with your peers through Te Tira Ahu Pae students' association.

The students' associations, Te Tira Ahu Pae and Ngā Haumi ki te Āo, give you a helping hand and ensures your voice is heard. They also run a wide-range of clubs and interest groups on-campus or online.

Support with raising a concern, making a complaint or reporting harm
While we hope you never need to complain about your experience with us, if you do we want that process to be straightforward and transparent. We can offer dispute resolution processes such as mediation and facilitation to help you to resolve a conflict.
If you have an academic concern or complaint and would like an independent advocate, you can use the free and confidential professional advocacy service provided through your students' association, Te Tira Ahu Pae.
We do not tolerate harm or harassment of any kind at Massey. If you are feeling unsafe at Massey, or have experienced or seen behaviour that concerns you, you can report it and get support.
Making a complaint
Support with making a complaint about service delivery, behaviour of a student or staff member, or an outcome, so that you can understand and resolve issues.
Independent support and advocacy services
Get free and confidential support with academic complaints or concerns, financial difficulties and tenancy issues.
Mediation service
Get neutral advice and support from an independent mediator to help you resolve a dispute. Mediation is a university-wide service available to staff and students at Massey.
Harassment & racial discrimination
Bullying, harassment and discrimination is not okay at Massey. We can help you stop harassment of any kind.
Sexual harm help & support
Sexual harm is not okay. If you are feeling unsafe, or have experienced or seen behaviour that concerns you, you can report it and get support.
