New information following the change in COVID-19 alert levels. massey.ac.nz/coronavirus
The COVID-19 pandemic has meant changes to how exams and assessments work. For the latest information and FAQs go to COVID-19 coronavirus - information for the Massey University community.
Paper-based examinations will not take place in Semester 1. They will be replaced by 'Time Constrained Assessments' and 'Online Supervised Examinations'. Your personalised timetable in your portal will show the type of exam you will have.
Some exams cannot be accommodated by these arrangements (eg some aviation courses accredited by the CAA). In these cases, the exams will be deferred until the end of Semester 2. If this applies to you, you will be able to continue with your Semester 2 courses without having completed your courses in Semester 1.
To ensure you can attend your scheduled exam make sure you keep the exam period (weeks) free until your timetable is available. The exam period for Semester 1 is 22-26 June. For Massey Business School students, Time Constrained Assessments will be held from 15-19 June.
Please check the date and start time for your exams by logging into your student homepage and clicking on the Results and exams tab. Please note: The date and start time of your exam will not change. You should check your course Stream site close to the time of your assessment for the specific duration of your assessment.
