MHAW Monday Midday Mindfulness

It’s Mental Health Awareness week from 27 September to 1 October 2021! Over the week Massey will be hosting events to promote the week, raise awareness and encourage kōrero about enhancing our well-being.

‘This years theme is ‘take time to kōrero’, it’s all about connecting with the people in our lives and creating space for conversations about mental health and wellbeing. Whether it’s checking in with a mate, having a kōrero over some kai or saying hello to a stranger, a little chat can go a long way’ – Mental Health Foundation

We’re kicking off the week with MMMM (Massey Monday Midday Mindfulness). 30 minute guided meditation session to assist with stress, anxiety, procrastination, improved sleep and self-awareness. No previous experience needed!
