Applications open from 10 December. For students enrolled full-time in agriculture, horticulture and animal science. Preference normally will be given to applicants who intend to enter a career in agriculture or horticulture in New Zealand.

Antarctica New Zealand Postgraduate Research Scholarships

Antarctica and the Southern Ocean - valued, protected, understood Antarctica New Zealand recognises the value of Antarctica and the Southern Ocean as a unique environment for scientific research. We are committed to the valuable contribution that Antarctic science can make to the international knowledge base and understanding of Antarctica and global ecosystems and processes. The Postgraduate Research Scholarship Programme is designed to encourage researchers to pursue interests in Antarctica and the Southern Ocean. The aim is to support the best talent to get off to the best possible start in their research careers, focussed on pressing issues in Antarctica and the Southern Ocean. BayTrust Bruce Cronin Scholarship
Closing date: 01/02/2019   
Applicants must have links to the Bay Trust geographical area. The Bay Trust geographical area is shown on the Bay Trust website. Applicants will be eligible if they were born in, or attended school in, or have whakapapa back to the area and have an undergraduate degree from a NZ university.

Beef and Lamb New Zealand Undergraduate Scholarships
Closing date: 07/02/2019   
Available to assist students with a good academic record, and a passion for the agricultural sector to undertake a Bachelors degree, including Honours, that will provide them with an education & training to support sustainable development of the NZ Meat Industry.

Bell-Booth Dairy Research Scholarship
Closing date: 10/03/2019   
Available to students undertaking agricultural research within a postgraduate programme at Massey University in animal science, with preference being given to those applicants undertaking research in dairy calf nutrition.

Bootten Bequest Bursaries
Closing date: 28/02/2019   
Bootten Bequest Bursaries are available to full time Massey University students in their first year of an undergraduate degree who are in difficult financial situation. Applicants must demonstrate financial hardship, and have a good academic record.

Business and Professional Women Franklin Inc Award
Closing date: 18/01/2019   
Open to women undertaking a course of study at a recognised University who are past or present residents of the Franklin area.

C. Alma Baker Postgraduate Scholarship
Closing date: 01/02/2019   
For NZ citizens who are graduates of NZ Universities, who are enrolled or intending to enrol in masterate or doctoral thesis programmes in the fields of agriculture, agriculture-related technologies or the study of rural society.

Catherine Baxter Postgraduate Scholarship

Applications open from 10 December. For students engaged in studies related to dairy science.

CD Cricket Scholarship
Closing date: 15/12/2018   
The Central Districts Cricket Scholarship provides financial support to talented cricketers from within the Central Districts Cricket region who are studying at Massey University. This financial support helps ensure they remain in the region and continue to develop their game, while studying towards a degree.

Charles & Ella Elgar Bursaries

China Scholarship Council-Massey University PhD Scholars Programme

Massey University invites high achieving, excellent Chinese students to apply for PhD study in New Zealand with scholarship support from the China Scholarships Council (CSC) and the university. Our collaboration is designed to foster research cooperation between Massey University and Chinese universities by supporting doctoral candidates to undertake original research.
