This scholarship was established under the terms of the will of Helen E. Akers. It is funded from her shares in farming company, Maraekowhai Developing Company.

What you'll be studying

This is a postgraduate scholarship. You will be studying a postgraduate diploma, postgraduate degree, or a doctoral degree in one of the Applied Academic Programme disciplines relevant to agriculture or horticulture at Massey University.

Eligibility criteria

You must be:

  • studying full-time
  • studying in specific subject areas.
