Maurice Carter Bursary

This bursary was established in 2014 by the Auckland Agricultural & Pastoral Association, an organisation that has been operating since 1843 under a guiding principle to promote excellence in the fields of agricultural and veterinary science. It is named after Maurice Carter, who was first elected to the council governing the Association in 1965, and he has been serving on the Council ever since in a variety of roles, including 20 years as treasurer.
