Undergraduate
This bursary was established in 1964 from the estate of Janet McLennan. Janet was intensely interested in the land and fully appreciated the importance to New Zealand of educational work such as that carried out by Massey University. Her husband, John, came to New Zealand from Scotland in 1900. From 1904, he farmed at Masterton until his death in 1929.
We're looking for students enrolled in their first undergraduate degree who are facing financial hardship.
You will already have completed a minimum of 105 credits as part of your first undergraduate degree.
When choosing our recipients, we will consider your financial need, academic achievements and good character. These bursaries may not be granted each and every year.
