Andrew Turnbull Scholarship

The Andrew Turnbull Scholarship was established in 2011 from funds gifted to Massey University by Mr Andrew Turnbull, a farmer from Taranaki, to support a deserving agricultural student who was not eligible for agricultural scholarships earlier in the year of application due to being enrolled in the Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) pre-selection semester at that time.

This is an undergraduate scholarship. You will be a first year student enrolled in an agricultural degree. You will have been enrolled in the BVSc pre-selection semester in semester one.

When choosing our recipient, we will consider your academic achievements

Eligibility

You must:

  • be in the first year of your degree
  • be studying a specific programme

Application checklist

Please include the following with your application:

  • your CV
  • a supporting statement outlining your interest in pursuing a career in agriculture
