This scholarship was established by the New Zealand Grain and Seed Trade Association in 2010 to provide assistance to students undertaking courses that relate to the New Zealand grain and seed industry.

We're looking for a second-year student who is studying a bachelor's degree relevant to the grain and seed industry

What you'll be studying

This is an undergraduate scholarship. You will be a second-year student enrolled in a bachelor's degree relevant to the grain and seed industry, such as the Bachelor of Agricultural Science, the Bachelor of Science or the Bachelor of Agribusiness

Eligibility criteria

You must:

  • be studying full-time
  • be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
  • be studying a specific programme
  • be in the second year of your degree

Application checklist

Include the following with your application:

  • a CV
  • a written presentation outlining your interest in the grain and seed industry including any involvement you may have had with this industry (maximum 300 words)
  • two letters of reference. Please provide the contact details for each referee on the reference.
