ABI Sequencing Data
All ABI sequencing data is uploaded to the MGS server for customers to download. For each sequencing request you will receive an .ab1 file and a .txt sequence file for each sample, and also an ‘Analysis Report’ file, if you ticked to receive this on your online sequencing submission.
To open the .ab1 files, you need specific software in order to be able to do this. There are two free download software packages available which allows you to open, view and edit the ABI sequencing .ab1 files. The software packages are:
- Sequence Scanner v1.0
