After recently completing a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise (Exercise Prescription and Training) with Massey University, Jaimee is excited to transfer what she has learned to her clients. Through her studies she has dealt with a wide range of the population and has the ability to help sports teams through to those rehabilitating from injury.
Since previously suffering from injury herself, Jaimee understands how hard it can be to start from a blank canvas - an experience which can be both daunting and overwhelming. Jaimee believes that through enjoyment comes results which is how she trains and believes everyone should. If there is no enjoyment, exercise will not be adhered to. With over 5 years experience with a wide range of clients, Mitch has the qualifications and skills to help you reach your goals. He has worked with high performance athletes, people with chronic conditions and everyone in between. A Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science provide plenty of knowledge to back up his programs. With a personal background in elite sport Mitch knows how to help you reach your goals while maintaining balance in your exercise journey.
