US students and commission policy
In line with Massey University's participation in the United States Federal Student Aid (FSA) programme, agents are not eligible to receive commission for students who are:
- US citizens
- US nationals
- US permanent residents
- Dual nationals with US citizenship.
All such individuals are eligible to apply for Federal Student Aid at any time during their studies, regardless of whether they have submitted a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at the time of admission.
Due to regulatory requirements, Massey University cannot pay agent commission for these students under any circumstances.
