Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone with a keen interest in general practice, with an emphasis on large animal production medicine.
What you'll be studying
This is an undergraduate scholarship. You will be enrolled in the fourth year of the Bachelor of Veterinary Science.
Eligibility criteria
You must be:
- a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
- enrolled in the fourth year of the Bachelor of Veterinary Science
- available to see practice at Anexa Vets in your fourth and fifth year

- a cover letter indicating your suitability for the award and your interest in general practice with an emphasis on large animal production medicine
- your CV
- two reference letters
Selection considerations
When selecting our recipients, we will consider your academic achievements, personal statement, and references. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview.

Anexa Veterinary Services has 11 clinics across the Waikato and Hauraki Plains. We service dairy and dry stock farms and also care for your family pets. We are a vet club which means we were established by farmers for farmers, and are governed by a Board of elected farmers. We passionately support the rural communities that our clinics service, through animal health education.
