The recipient of this scholarship will spend a minimum of two weeks in seeing practice during the fourth or fifth year of their degree.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a fourth-year veterinary science student who is interested in general practice with an emphasis on large animal and/or production animal medicine.

This is an undergraduate scholarship. You will be enrolled in a bachelor's degree with a focus on veterinary science.

Eligibility criteria

You must:

  • normally reside in New Zealand
  • be studying in a specific subject area
  • be in the fourth year of your degree
  • be willing to spend a minimum of two weeks in seeing practice.
