The Sir Alan Stewart Postgraduate Scholarships encourage new postgraduate enrolments from other New Zealand tertiary institutions and to assist Massey University students to progress from undergraduate to postgraduate study. The scholarship is named after Sir Alan Stewart, the first Vice-Chancellor of Massey University.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for graduates who completed their undergraduate study at any New Zealand university. You will be entering postgraduate study for the first time.
What you'll be studying
These are postgraduate scholarships.
Eligibility criteria
You must:
- have completed your undergraduate degree at a New Zealand University
- be enrolling in postgraduate study for the first time
- be starting postgraduate study in the semester which directly aligns with the scholarship selection round.
There are two selection rounds annually for the Sir Alan Stewart Postgraduate Scholarship, closing at the start of semester 1 and closing at the start of semester 2.
Part time or full time applicants are welcome to apply.
Application checklist
Include the following with your application:
- Your complete academic transcripts for your bachelor’s degree study. If you completed your undergraduate degree at Massey you do not need to provide these.
