This bursary commemorates Marcus Kitt, a long-serving member of Colliers staff and a former student of Massey University. It was established in 2014 and is financed by Colliers New Zealand Limited.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a second year Bachelor of Business (Property) student who is enrolled either internal study mode on the Albany campus or enrolled by distance mode but living in Auckland.
What you'll be studying
This is an undergraduate scholarship. You will be enrolled in the Bachelor Business (Property)
Application checklist
Include the following with your application:
- a reference letter. This reference should comment on your communication and interpersonal skills as well as your potential to succeed in the property profession.
- a supporting statement outlining your intentions to pursue a career in property and the purpose for which the award is required and how it would be utilised if granted.

When selecting out recipient we will consider your academic merit as determined by your results in Year 1 and Year 2 , your communication and interpersonal skills, and your potential to succeed in the property profession.
