If you have previously applied for a Toroa International Postgraduate Fee Scholarship for semester one (February) 2026 and received an outcome, you are unfortunately not eligible to apply again.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for international students who are enrolling in postgraduate study at Massey University for the first time in Semester 1, 2026. Please note, graduate diploma or doctoral students are not eligible for this award.
When choosing our recipients we will consider your academic grades. Selection is made based on academic merit.

Eligibility criteria
In order to be considered for this award you must:
- be an international student
- be new to Massey, and intending to enrol, full time on campus in New Zealand, in their first 120 credits of a postgraduate qualification in Semester 1 (February) 2026
- have received the equivalent of a New Zealand B grade or higher in your preceding qualification
Successful recipients will be required to pay the first year full fees, or make a NZ$500 contribution towards their tuition fees within 2 weeks of the scholarship award in order to secure the scholarship.
