This scholarship is supported by a gift from Charles and Margaret Richardson, who farmed at Waitawhiti Station near Eketahuna. The scholarship is in memory of their sons, who both attended Massey Agricultural College. Graham Speedy Richardson was a member of the Royal New Zealand Air Force and died in 1944. Paul James Richardson was shot in a farm accident.

What you'll be studying

This is a postgraduate scholarship. You will be enrolled in a postgraduate degree or a postgraduate diploma. The focus of your study will be in disciplines relevant to agriculture and/or horticulture as outlined in this award's regulations. Your courses will mainly have these prefixes: 112, 117, 119, 189, 283 or 285

Eligibility criteria

You must:

  • be studying full-time
  • be an enrolled Massey University student
  • be studying within a range of specific courses.
