Invoices are issued when your courses are confirmed, as well as when you make changes to your courses.
You can access and download invoices by:
- Logging in to the student portal.
- Clicking on the Fees and finances tab.
- Clicking the View invoices/credit notes link in the Manage finances section.
Understanding your invoice
Your invoice will include the dates for when the fees and charges are due.
Items on your invoice can include:
- tuition fees for your courses
- compulsory student services fees
- course component fees, which cover extra costs for expenses such as field trips, course materials, fuel costs (aviation courses) and costs of practicums
- Studentsafe insurance charges for international students
- replacement of student identity card charges
- recognition of prior learning fees
- admission with equivalent status fees
- courier fees.
