New agent applications on hold
We are not accepting new expressions of interest from education agents. We anticipate reopening applications in late 2026, following a review of current agent performance and regional coverage.
We will publish updated information once expressions of interest reopen.
Massey works with education agents worldwide to ensure strong international representation. Prospective education agents should prepare the following documentation for our consideration when expressions of interest reopen:
- A recent company profile, including staff credentials and experience.
- A list of tertiary institutions your agency currently represents.
- Information on recent student recruitment performance.
- A brief marketing plan outlining how you would promote Massey University in your target markets.

US Students and Commission Policy
In line with Massey University's participation in the United States Federal Student Aid (FSA) program, agents are not eligible to receive commission for students who are:
- US citizens
- US nationals
- US permanent residents
- Dual nationals with US citizenship.
All such individuals are eligible to apply for Federal Student Aid at any time during their studies, regardless of whether they have submitted a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at the time of admission.
Due to regulatory requirements, Massey University cannot pay Agent commission for these students under any circumstances.
