If you see or experience anything that causes you concern, such as bullying and harassment, or something that could cause physical or psychological harm, we want you to let us know.
How to make a report
You can report a concern or incident in 3 different ways.
MasseySafe online
Complete the MasseySafe New Incident / Hazard form
Massey Uni app
Download the Massey Uni app on Google Play or the App Store.
From the home screen, select the Emergency & MasseySAFE tile. Then choose MasseySAFE to report a health and safety incident or hazard.

Scan a QR code
Use one of the QR codes displayed on health, safety and wellbeing posters around our campuses.
After you make a report
When you make a report it will be reviewed by our health, safety and wellbeing team. They will assign staff who will investigate.
Anonymous reporting
It is possible to make a report anonymously. Sometimes that means that we cannot investigate as well as we would like to.
If you ask for your report to be kept confidential, a health, safety and wellbeing team member will discuss with you who should be involved in the investigation before assigning anyone.

Reporting sexual harm
You can make a disclosure or a formal complaint about an experience of sexual harm, as part of Massey's reporting process. You can also report the behaviour to the police.

Our student health centres provide a wide range of medical services from skilled doctors and nurses. Clinics are open from Monday to Friday, and cost less than other health centres.
