Organisational decision-making processes behind incorporating autonomous task-performing technology and the impact on the future of work

Research Description
The primary focus of my PhD is to understand the impact of artificial intelligence on the future of employment. This research will address the historical impact of technological developments on employment in addition to working with businesses to better understand how they intend to incorporate artificial intelligence into business operations. The outcomes of this research will focus on addressing how both businesses and society can better prepare for the introduction of Artificial Intelligence into business operations.

Personal Description
I am a first generation New Zealander. My family originates from Poland and Canada. My decision to conduct my PhD at Massey University originates from having completed my master's degree at Massey University at the start of 2019, where I had the desire to continue to utilise the high level of research supervision available within my field of research. Upon completion of my PhD, I aim to continue towards working within my field of research to support and consult with businesses on the impacts of artificial intelligence on employment.
