Course notes

In this course, students learn how the property sector and sustainability interact, including barriers to sustainable property investment and strategies to address them. Students evaluate the business case for financing and investing in sustainable properties and how environmental and social benefits are reflected in property values. They also examine key property appraisal methods and their application, using Excel, to valuing new and retrofitted sustainable properties for investment decision-making.
