International Food Production Systems

Participants will use systems thinking to understand food production systems of New Zealand and the world and the multiple drivers that underpin food production and marketing systems internationally. Field visits to a variety of production systems in New Zealand, interactive engagement with teaching staff and collective learning are used to assist students' learning in the course.
