In this course, students are expected to learn about and/or use a range of tools and techniques including ChatGPT and/or Copilot in order to create and edit their personal CV’s to align with job postings; Zoom, PowerPoint and/or Canva in order to create and perfect individual presentation skills; STAR format for behavioural questions in mock-job online interview scenarios; Business Source Ultimate, Factiva, and Passport in order to undertake secondary data research; and Word Long Document and Endnote in order to create professional reports on a variety of New Zealand-based businesses.
