The International Creative Excellence Undergraduate Scholarship acknowledges the creative excellence and strength of creative vision to support international students enrolling in the first year of an undergraduate degree with the College of Creative Arts Massey University.

Who we're looking for

You will be a new international student who can demonstrate creative excellence through a portfolio.

Eligibility criteria

In order to be considered for this award you must be:

  • an international student
  • intending to enrol in the first year of an undergraduate degree with the College of Creative Arts in Semester 1 (February) 2027

Application checklist

Include the following with your application:

  • a digital portfolio of creative work which provides an opportunity to demonstrate your creative potential and commitment. All submissions should be delivered as PDF documents. Links in the PDF to digital content host platforms can be used (e.g. Vimeo, YouTube, itch.io, Artstation, portfolio websites, etc). Large supplementary digital content files (videos, game executables, etc) may be provided as links to file sharing sites (Dropbox, Mega, Google Drive, etc). Links to social media sites will NOT be accepted (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc).
  • a short written statement (approximately 300 words) highlighting your creative purpose.
