A camera captures what it sees.  What it sees is dependent on the scene''scolouring as well as the light.  If light changes, the colours change.  This research establishes and implements a solution to detect such colour changes and adapt to them automatically.  This way robustness of colour based reasoning is largely increased, e. g. for robotics, quality control, etc
