Research Interests

Currently, my research focusses on volcanic surface processes and volcanic hazards, with a particular emphasis on the dynamics and hazards of pyroclastic density currents.

I am currently expanding my research on the development and deployment of uncrewed aerial systems (UAVs), aka drones aka RPAS, to be used for volcanic activity assessments and applications in the wider field of Earth and Environmental sciences. Collaborations are welcome.
