The AWSBC has a thriving postgraduate programme. A large number of postgraduate students have graduated after undertaking their degrees in the Centre. This reflects the Centre’s strong commitment to postgraduate activity and education, a commitment realised through the dedication, flexibility and enthusiasm of the AWSBC staff and External Associates. Our graduates are widely acknowledged as being of high quality.
The full range of postgraduate degree opportunities is available, including those at doctoral, masters, honours, diploma and certificate levels. Active research represents the major part of doctoral and masters degrees. The topics are diverse, as indicated by the range of thesis titles listed for completed degrees and those in progress (see Postgraduate students). Postgraduate-level taught courses are integral to masters, honours, diploma and certificate qualifications. Their content may be tailored to the particular interests or learning requirements of each student.
