The prescription processing time is 48 hours, or two working days for requests made during the weekend or on a public holiday. Fees will apply, please see charges for health care services.
Wellington campus students can request a repeat prescription through the Manage My Health website (which requires login). International students may need to go to their campus clinic to request a repeat prescription.
If you need a:
- prescription in less than two days, please contact your health centre directly
- review by your GP, there will be a fee.
Christmas and New Year holiday period
Massey Student Health Centres will be closed for the Christmas break:
- Auckland and Wellington are closed from 4.30pm Friday 19 December 2025
- Manawatū is closed from 12pm Tuesday 23 December 2025.
All Student Health Centres reopen 8.30am Monday 5 Jan 2026.
Wellington students can access services via Newtown Union Health during this time.
