Counselling students

Massey University Psychology Clinic (Palmerston North) is the largest university psychology clinic in New Zealand and offers the best workplace training in the country. Training is an intrinsic element of our clinic, and runs alongside all practice and research.

Our clinic is the training unit for Massey's clinical programme and some applied psychology programmes.

  • paper cases
  • workshops
  • conference presentations.

As a student you'll get extensive exposure to different scopes of practice and specialisations, and to patients with a range of health conditions across the lifespan, both within the clinic and in the community. You'll become competent across a range of fields.
