The Psychology Clinic at Massey University team

Massey University has provided high quality services in clinical psychology since 1987. The Psychology Clinic at Wellington was opened in 2001. Our clinical staff provide a private clinical psychology service to the greater Wellington region from our base in 24 King Street (near the Basin Reserve).

We specialise in the treatment of psychological disorders using scientifically validated assessment and treatment approaches for children, adult, and older adults, and are committed to providing a culturally proficient service to clients.

The Psychology Clinic has a special emphasis on working with clients who have sustained brain injury and is active in conducting clinical research.

The Psychology Clinic is staffed by a team of senior clinical psychologists, as well as intern psychologists who are in the final stages of completing their postgraduate training in clinical psychology. The clinic is operated by the School of Psychology, Massey University at its Wellington Campus and provides services for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults on a fee-paying basis.
