Global Student-Athlete programme , Hōtaka Tauira-Kaipara ā-Ao

Stay on track with your sport while you study in New Zealand. Combine elite coaching and training with one or two semesters of study at Massey’s Manawatū campus in Palmerston North.

With Global Student-Athlete (GSA), you can take intensive sports training programmes while you study abroad at Massey.

The programmes are designed for experienced athletes, and are tailored to you and your goals. They're designed to fit round your study and they run during the university semester, so you'll have plenty of time to see New Zealand Aotearoa in the breaks.

Massey has been named New Zealand’s first 'athlete friendly' university because of the support and facilities we offer student athletes. You'll be based on our Manawatū campus in Palmerston North, where you'll train and play with the elite sportspeople of the Manawatū region and international New Zealand athletes.

You'll get everything you need to succeed – from one-on-one coaching and mentoring to world-class training facilities.
