Our campus security service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Find out what to do in an emergency, when to contact campus security and how to report lost property.

In an emergency

Phone 111 for an ambulance, the police or the fire service.

Then phone campus security on 0800 627 750. They will dispatch First Security to assist emergency services.

Campus security is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Phone campus security if you:

  • are locked out of your accommodation
  • feel unsafe
  • need help exiting a car park
  • notice odd behaviour from individuals.

Reporting incidents, health & safety concerns

If you see anything that could cause harm to someone's health, safety and wellbeing at Massey, you should report it.

Reporting sexual harm

You can make a disclosure or a formal complaint about an experience of sexual harm, as part of Massey's reporting process. You can also report the behaviour to the police.

If you need the police and it’s not an emergency, contact the Community Constable at your local police station or phone 105.
