Built on the site of the Pukeahu National War Memorial, the campus is in walking distance of Wellington's shops, cafes and famously vibrant culture. Between the city's lively arts scene, year-round schedule of festivals, and landmarks like the world-famous Wētā Workshop or The Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, there's always something to do when you’re not busy in the library or studio.

Wellington is the home of New Zealand's government and bursting with creative industry, tech hubs and a world-class film scene. It's also surrounded by spectacular nature – you can expect your university experience to be full of trips to the beach, mountain-bike rides and tramps in the bush.

The College of Health offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in health science and nursing. With the Research Centre for Hauora and Health and Sleep/Wake Research Centre based in Wellington, there's lots of scope for research-led study.
