Dr Albert Boaitey

Senior Lecturer in Farm Management/Agribusiness

School of Agriculture and Environment

Dr. Albert Boaitey holds a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Alberta, Canada, and previously served on faculty at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, USA and Newcastle University, England. He was also an inaugural Teaching Fellow at the Peter Lougheed College at the University of Alberta. His research focuses on stakeholder incentives for sustainable innovations in livestock systems, ethical consumer food choices, and carbon offset design in food supply chains. Dr. Boaitey also contributes to global sustainability initiatives such as the Corporate Food Net Zero Initiative.
