Dr Lisanne Fermin PhD, AFHEA, MANZCVS (Animal Repro)

Lisanne graduated DVM from The University of the West Indies in her home country of Trinidad and Tobago. After a number of years in mainly farm animal practice both in private and university practice, Lisanne emigrated to New Zealand where she gained MVS and PhD qualifications at Massey University. Lisanne held a 3 year postdoctoral position at AgResearch Ltd before returning to Massey to take up her current lectureship postion. Lisanne's research interest are reproductive physiology, embryology, developmental biology and small ruminant livestock production and health.
