Dr Daniel Duan BCS, MMgt, PhD

Daniel attained his PhD in Management from Victoria University of Wellington in 2021. Before joining Massey, he was a Teaching Fellow in the School of Management at Victoria. His research interest centres on workplace wellbeing issues, especially stress and coping. Daniel’s research has featured in highly ranked journals and international conferences, including The International Journal of Management Reviews; Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: An International Journal; Academy of Management Annual Conference; and European Academy of Management Annual Conference. Daniel worked as a Senior Account Manager at Guangzhou Merger and Acquisition Services prior to starting his academic career.
