Research Interests

Molecular Dynamics and Spectroscopy

Development of techniques for aligning and orienting molecules for the investigation of stereodynamic effects in molecular collisions; photodissociation dynamics of small molecules; and spectroscopy of compounds under unusual conditions.

Applied Spectroscopy

Development of novel devices based on applications of spectroscopy and produce them by rapid prototyping engineering methods for application in R&D and commercial environments.

Catalysis

Through the use of quantum chemical calculations on unique model compounds an understanding of linear agostic interactions in transition metal compounds is being developed.
