Associate Professor Steve De Grey BSc, BVSc, FHEA
Senior Practicing Veterinarian
School of Veterinary ScienceSteven graduated in 1990 with a BVSc and initially worked in mixed practices (rural), and since 2014 working in the School of Veterinary Science with the Massey Vet Clinic companion animal service.
Steven is also a senior member of the Massey University Veterinary Emergency Response Team and have training/experience in large and small animal rescue/disaster support.
In 2025 Steven graduated with an MVSc on the factors that affect humans when responding to animal emergencies and self-reported mitigation options as well as achieving fellowship status with the Higher Education Authority.
